My Aunt brought this Christmas Salad to every Christmas family dinner that I remember even as a child, and everyone loved it!

- 2 each 3 oz. packages of green pistachio pudding
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 jar marachino cherries, drained, cut up
- 1/2 lb crushed pecans
- 1 lg can crushed pineapple, drained

How To Make aunt christine's christmas salad

Step 1

Make pistachio pudding and let set in refrigerator until the consistency of jelly. Beat until foamy.

Step 2

Beat in cream cheese until mixed. Add marachino cherries, pecans, and crushed pineapple. Mix well.
Step 3

Return bowl to refrigerator until firm.
