My aunt gave me this recipe some years ago and the fist time I made it for a family get together everyone loved it and now that's what they ask me to bring. If I make it for a get together I make 2 batches but I make them one at a time then mix together and put in the fridge. THIS IS THE BEST IF MADE THE NIGHT BEFORE. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch green onions chopped (i only use 3 and part of the green part)
- 1 package coleslaw mix
- 2 packages beef ramen noodles crushed
- 1 cup sunflower kernels
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - beef packs from ramen noodles

Step 1I mix the dressing first. Mix the vinegar, oil, sugar and the 2 beef packs in a jar ( I use a pint mason jar) Shake well until the sugar is mixed well then set aside. Mix the top 4 ingredients in a bowl then add the dressing and mix well. This is best if made the night before a get together.
