Ingredients
- 16 ounces package of coleslaw mix with carrots
- 4 - green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 ounces packageof chicken ramen noodles, broken up (save seasoning)
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package noodle seasoning
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon seasame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
How To Make asian coleslaw

Step 1One hour before serving: Combine coleslaw mix, green onions, noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds in a bowl. Cover and chill until serving time.

Step 2Dressing: In a screw-top jar, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper and seasoning package. Cover and shake. Chill until serving time.

Step 3When ready to serve: Shake jar of dressing. Then pour over the slaw mixture. Toss to coat. Makes 12 side dish servings.
