16 oz
package of coleslaw mix with carrots
green onions, thinly sliced
3 oz
packageof chicken ramen noodles, broken up (save seasoning)
1/2 c
slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 c
sunflower seeds
3 Tbsp
parsley, chopped


1/2 c
canola oil
1/3 c
cider vinegar
1 Tbsp
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 pkg
noodle seasoning
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
seasame oil
1/2 tsp
grated fresh ginger

How to Make Asian Coleslaw


  • 1One hour before serving: Combine coleslaw mix, green onions, noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds in a bowl. Cover and chill until serving time.
  • 2Dressing: In a screw-top jar, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper and seasoning package. Cover and shake. Chill until serving time.
  • 3When ready to serve: Shake jar of dressing. Then pour over the slaw mixture. Toss to coat. Makes 12 side dish servings.
