one of my aunts gave me this recipe several years ago, and it's been a family favorite ever since!
Note: prep time does not include sitting time!

Ingredients

16 oz
broccoli slaw
4
green onions, thinly sliced
1 pkg
chicken flavored ramen noodles, broken up
3/4 c
slivered almonds, toasted
3/4 c
sunflower kernels
1/2 c
vegetable oil
1/3 c
vinegar
1 Tbsp
sugar
1/8 tsp
pepper

How to Make Asian Coleslaw

Step-by-Step

  • 1Up to one hour before serving, combine slaw, green onions, ramen noodles, almonds and sunflower kernels in a salad bowl. Cover and chill
  • 2In a covered jar or bowl, cominle oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper and seasoning mix from Ramen noodles. Cover and shake, then chill.
  • 3At serving time, shake dressing again, pour over salad and toss to coat.
