artichoke rice salad

This is a salad that my Mom made growing up. I had the chance to learn how to make it befor she passed away. She said she got it off a Rice-A-Roni box 30 years ago. Now I make it all the time for my family.

Ingredients
- 1 box family size box of chicken rice-a-roni
- 1 cup mayonnaise dressing
- 1 cup green onions
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
How To Make artichoke rice salad

Step 1Follow directions on box to make the Rice-A-Roni. Let cool in fridge for one hour.

Step 2Cut up artichoke hearts in larg chunks and green onions and add to rice

Step 3Add one cup of mayo to the juice left in the jar from the artichoke hearts and shake. Add the mayo mix to the rice and stir.

Step 4Let the salad cool for one more hour in fridge befor surving and enjoy
