Ingredients
- 3 boxes uncle ben's chicken rice a roni
- 6 medium thinnly sliced green onions
- 18 - pimento stuffed olives sliced
- 3 jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 large chopped bell pepper
How To Make artichoke and rice salad

Step 1Cook rice as directed in chicken broth. Remove from heat and let stand until all water is absorbed.Cool. Add sliced onions,green pepper and olives. Drain Artichokes, saving marinade. Divide marinade in half and add half to curry powder and mayo. Chop artichoke hearts and add to mixture. Toss all ingredients with dressing, adding more marinade if necessary.
