This recipe was given to me from a friend of mine who owned his own restaurant in Arkansas, I modified it to my likings, it is to die for!

Ingredients

1 package cole slaw mix
2 - fiji apples
1 package cole slaw dry seasoning mix
1/2 cup hellman's mayonaise

How To Make arkansas cole slaw

Step 1

Put Cole slaw mix in large bowl

Step 2

Chop apples in food processor until they are in small pieces
Step 3

Sprinkle dry Cole slaw seasoning in the slaw
Step 4

Add mayo and mix together
Step 5

I usually use only about 1/2 cup, the apples will make their own juice and add liquid the longer it sits. Chill & Serve
