How to Make Arkansas Cole Slaw

  1. Put Cole slaw mix in large bowl
  2. Chop apples in food processor until they are in small pieces
  3. Sprinkle dry Cole slaw seasoning in the slaw
  4. Add mayo and mix together
  5. I usually use only about 1/2 cup, the apples will make their own juice and add liquid the longer it sits. Chill & Serve
