I make this when I make my lasagna. Also, it is reqested often when I visit friends or family for dinner.

Ingredients For antipasto

  • 1 lb
    genoa salami, sliced thin
  • 1 can
    black olives
  • 1 jar
    marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 jar
    roasted red peppers
  • 1
    container mozzarella balls, or cubed mozzarella
  • 12 oz
    can tuna fish, preferably italian tuna in oil

How To Make antipasto

  • 1
    Take slices of salami, and layer on a dish or platter.
  • 2
    Place the tuna fish in the center of the dish, on top of salami.
  • 3
    Continue to arrange black olives, marinated artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, and mozzarella balls (or cubed mozzarella) around tuna. Roll any extra salami around edge of dish.

    Serve with crusty italian bread, and your favorite red wine. Delicious!
