Ingredients
- 1 pound genoa salami, sliced thin
- 1 can black olives
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- 1 - container mozzarella balls, or cubed mozzarella
- 12 ounces can tuna fish, preferably italian tuna in oil
How To Make antipasto

Step 1Take slices of salami, and layer on a dish or platter.

Step 2Place the tuna fish in the center of the dish, on top of salami.

Step 3Continue to arrange black olives, marinated artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, and mozzarella balls (or cubed mozzarella) around tuna. Roll any extra salami around edge of dish.

Step 4Serve with crusty italian bread, and your favorite red wine. Delicious!
