This is good to make for the weekend, your family can just go into the frig. and and help themselves to a ham sammie day or night. you can adjust this to your own taste and amount of ham your using

1 cup mayonnaise
8 dashes hot sauce
0ne medium onion
1/4 cup pickle relish, sweet
3 to 4 - hard boiled eggs
12 cups ham

How To Make angels & devils ham salad

Step 1

I ground the ham,egg, and onion in a food processor. Then I add sweet relish, hot sauce, mayo. Add to your own taste buds, some like it sweeter and some like it hotter. Blend in a bowl and chill.
