Vibrant radicchio and light yogurt dressing bring this classically delicious salad up-to-date.

Ingredients For all-new waldorf salad

  • 1/2 c
    plain greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/2
    radicchio head, roughly chopped
  • 1
    apple, cored and chopped

How To Make all-new waldorf salad

  • 1
    Whisk together the yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Pack in to-go containers and chill until ready to eat.
