4 Bean Salad
1/3 cvegetable oil
2/3 cwhite vinegar
1 can(s)16oz can cut green beans (drained )
1 can(s)16 oz can black beans ( drained )
1 can(s)16oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) drained
1 can(s)16 oz can red kidney beans (drained )
1 largegreen bell pepper, sliced
1 1/2 cchopped celery
1 mediumred or sweet onion, chopped
How to Make 4 Bean Salad
- Bring the sugar, oil and vinegar to a boil in a saucepan. Let cool.
- Meanwhile, drain the beans and combine in a large bowl. Add the green pepper, celery and red or sweet onion.
Pour the dressing over the beans and vegetables. Toss gently and let marinate overnight in the fridge
