I love three-bean salad, so the addition of the garbanzo beans should be good. I have also made this recipe diabetic friendly. There are so many good recipes that are diabetic friendly. You just have to find them.

    garbanzo beans, canned, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    green beans
  • 1 can(s)
    yellow wax beans
  • 1
    onion thinly sliced
  • 2
    scallions, chopped
  • 1 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1 c
    honey or 1 c. of splenda

How to Make 4 Bean Salad


  1. Drain and rinse all beans.
  2. Combine with onions and scallions.
  3. Blend vinegar and honey thoroughly and pour over vegetables.
  4. Refrigerate at least four hours.
