I love three-bean salad, so the addition of the garbanzo beans should be good. I have also made this recipe diabetic friendly. There are so many good recipes that are diabetic friendly. You just have to find them.

kidney beans, rinsed and drained

green beans

yellow wax beans
onion thinly sliced
scallions, chopped
1 c
cider vinegar
1 c
honey or 1 c. of splenda

How to Make 4 Bean Salad


  • 1Drain and rinse all beans.
  • 2Combine with onions and scallions.
  • 3Blend vinegar and honey thoroughly and pour over vegetables.
  • 4Refrigerate at least four hours.
