This is my Aunt Virginia's recipe. One of my favorites and so easy. Perfect for picnics.

Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    cut green beans
  • 2 can(s)
    kidney beans, canned
  • 2 can(s)
    yellow wax beans
  • 1 jar(s)
    diced pimento
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 c
    canola oil
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar

How to Make 3 Bean Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Whisk together the vinegar, oil, and sugar.
  2. Combine all ingredients with the vinegar mixture.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Let sit in the fridge for 2-3 days before serving.
