3 bean salad
I always have to triple this recipe. My Son and one of my Daughters can't get enough of it. Neither could I when I had teeth. It's truly a marvelous salad. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can yellow wax beans
- 1 jar pimentos
- 2 - green peppers
- 2 - sweet onions
- DRESSING
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make 3 bean salad

Step 1Pour vegetables in collander, rinse well and leave in collander to drain well. Then put in serving container with lid for storage in refrigerator.

Step 2Make dressing in a saucepan by mixing sugar, oil, vinegar, pepper and salt. Heat and stir on medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

Step 3Pour warm dressing over all other ingredients which have been mixed thoroughly together. Mix well with warm sauce. Cover. I leave it to stand over night for flavors to meld and then refrigerate.
