Taking the vegetarian route slightly, I wanted an easy dish for myself when my husband is chowing down on steak. I love broccoli, bacon and cheese and came up with this recipe. I cannot give up pork, so the vegetarian route has not been forged yet. The best part of this salad is, if you cannot finish it and put in fridge overnight, just gets better.
