Everyone loves this light jello salad. You need a blender to prepare this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 package 3 oz. pkg. lime jello (sugar free)
  • 1 package 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello (sugar free)
  • 1 can 29 oz. pears drained
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese (any kind)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 dashes green food coloring
  • 1 cup cool whip (fat free/sugar free)

How To Make velvet pear mold

  • Step 1
    In blender dissolve 1 pkg. lemon and 1 pkg. lime jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. A portion at a time.
  • Step 2
    Blend gelatin with 29 oz. can pears. Then add cream cheese and 1 teasp. lemon juice and puree. Add 3 drops green food coloring and blend.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate mixture until slightly thickened about 1 hour. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into mold or casserole dish. Refrigerate 3 - 4 hours or best overnight.
