Everyone loves this light jello salad. You need a blender to prepare this recipe.

  • 1 pkg
    3 oz. pkg. lime jello (sugar free)
  • 1 pkg
    3 oz. pkg. lemon jello (sugar free)
  • 1 can(s)
    29 oz. pears drained
  • 1 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese (any kind)
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 3 dash(es)
    green food coloring
  • 1 c
    cool whip (fat free/sugar free)

How to Make Velvet Pear Mold


  1. In blender dissolve 1 pkg. lemon and 1 pkg. lime jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. A portion at a time.
  2. Blend gelatin with 29 oz. can pears. Then add cream cheese and 1 teasp. lemon juice and puree. Add 3 drops green food coloring and blend.
  3. Refrigerate mixture until slightly thickened about 1 hour. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into mold or casserole dish. Refrigerate 3 - 4 hours or best overnight.
