I make this for holiday dinners and special occasions, and everyone always raves about it. My husband swears it's better than ice cream, and he loves to get a big bowl of it for dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 small boxes apricot jello (or 1 large box)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1 jar apricot baby food for 2nd stage eaters
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
How To Make that apricot stuff

Step 1Mix Jello and sugar in large bowl. Add boiling water. Stir until Jello and sugar are completely dissolved.

Step 2Add condensed milk, crushed pineapple, cream cheese, baby food, and pecans. Mix well, using hands to mix until the cream cheese is in pea-sized pieces.

Step 3Transfer mixture to serving bowl and refrigerate until firm, overnight.
