Note in the prep time......it needs to cool at room temp. before adding the cool whip.

1- 3 oz boxvanilla pudding (cooking)
1-3 oz. boxtapioca pudding (cooking)
1-3 oz. boxstrawberry jello
3 ccold water
12-16 ozcool whip
1 lbfresh strawberries
How to Make Strawberry Mousse'
- Boil water, puddings and jello together with the 3 cups cold water for at least 10 min. Stir often and will turn thick and shinny. Let cool on counter top. (overnight is what I do) Whip in 12-16 oz. cool whip. Fold in fruit and chill.
- May change to orange jello and mandarin oranges or lime jello and pineapple chunks. Or be creative and do your own variation of flavors.
