Ingredients

2 packages strawberry jello
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple
1 package frozen strawberries
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sour cream

How To Make strawberry jello mold

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except cream cheese and sour cream. Pour half of jello mixture in bowl and let congeal. Once congealed, mix the cream cheese and sour cream together and spread over jello; pour the other half of the jello over this and congeal. This is a good Christmas salad as it is festive looking.
