I make this every year for Easter and Christmas. It is so easy to make. My youngest son can eat the whole bowl by himself!

How to Make Ribbon Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Make jello using only one cup of liquid. You will need at least two flavors.
  2. After jello sets up, release from container by dipping outside in hot water.
  3. Cut into squares-about one inch cubes.
  4. In a clear bowl, layer whipped topping, then jello. Repeat layers until jello is used up ending with whipped topping.
  5. No precise amounts are given. A general rule of thumb for my family is one 8 oz container of whipped topping to 2 layers of jello.
