- - assorted flavors of jello
- - whipped topping, thawed
- - garnish, if desired
How To Make ribbon salad

Step 1Make jello using only one cup of liquid. You will need at least two flavors.

Step 2After jello sets up, release from container by dipping outside in hot water.

Step 3Cut into squares-about one inch cubes.

Step 4In a clear bowl, layer whipped topping, then jello. Repeat layers until jello is used up ending with whipped topping.

Step 5No precise amounts are given. A general rule of thumb for my family is one 8 oz container of whipped topping to 2 layers of jello.
