This was a recipe that was shared while I was a Longaberger consultant, as a way to showcase the products for sale...It is incredibly yummy!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces package strawberry jello
  • 2 small packages frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/3 sticks margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 1/2 cups pretzels, broken in pieces
  • 1 package dream whip
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

How To Make pretzel salad

  • Step 1
    Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling pineapple juice. Add frozen strawberries and set aside to thicken, but not set. Mix pretzel pieces and melted margarine. Bake in a 9x13 at 400 degrees for 10 min. Cool slightly.
  • Step 2
    Prepare 1 package dream whip, then blend in sugar and cream cheese.
  • Step 3
    Spoon slightly cooled pretzels into an oblong serving container with a lid (or one you can cover with plastic wrap...I use another 9x13 that isn't hot from the oven). Layer cream cheese mixture on top, then jello mixture. Chill.
