Pretend Pecan Gelatin Salad
My Grammy made this in the 1970's and our family has enjoyed it ever since.
- 2 1/2 c
- broken pretzels
- 2 Tbsp
- 3/4 c
- melted oleo
- 1-8oz pkg
- cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 c
- powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 c
- cool whip
- 1-6 oz pkg
- strawberry or cherry gelatin (sugar free is okay)
How to Make Pretend Pecan Gelatin Salad
- 1Combine pretzels, sugar and oleo. Spread in the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- 2Beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese. Fold in cool whip. Spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
