Pretend Pecan Gelatin Salad
My Grammy made this in the 1970's and our family has enjoyed it ever since.
2 1/2 cbroken pretzels
3/4 cmelted oleo
1-8oz pkgcream cheese, room temperature
1 cpowdered sugar
1 1/2 ccool whip
1-6 oz pkgstrawberry or cherry gelatin (sugar free is okay)
How to Make Pretend Pecan Gelatin Salad
- Combine pretzels, sugar and oleo. Spread in the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- Beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese. Fold in cool whip. Spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
