Ingredients
- 2 cups pinapple, crushed with juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - envelope unflavored gelatine
- 1/4 cup water, cold
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
- 1 package cream cheese
- 12 - 15 - cherries, chopped
- 1 cup cool - whip (use more if you wish)
- - *********nuts - your choice
- - ********marshmallows, mini
How To Make pink jello salad

Step 1Soften gelaten in water. Heat pineapple and sugar together till desolved. Then mix in gelaten, mix well.

Step 2Add both juices to the mix, and cool. Mash cream cheese and cherries together, then add to the cooled mixture.

Step 3Chill until slightly thickened. Then fold into Cool-Whip and let set.

Step 4*********If you like you may want to add chopped nut / mini marshmellos or both.
