- 20 ounces crushed pineapple
- 2 boxes lemon jello
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 large container kool whip
- 1 jar marachino cherries (drained)

Step 11. In medium saucepan, heat pineapple with juice and 2 pkgs. lemon jello 2. Heat until jello is dissolved. 3. Let cool. 4. Add cheddar cheese. 5. Let mixture thicken. 6. Add large container Kool Whip. 7. Pour into mold and refrigerate. 8. Before serving, top with marachino cherries.
