This was something that I made up on my own. I got an idea for it & tried it the other day. My husband & little girl loved it! I'm going to try some other flavors & see how they turn out. This dessert is light & fluffy & almost like a mousse. It is very good!!

This dessert can be placed in a mold & garnished with pineapple or cherries, or just set in a bowl.

Ingredients

1 box pineapple jello
1 quart half & half
1 small can pineapple chunks
1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream

How To Make pineapple cream dream

Step 1

Over medium heat in a medium saucepan, whisk the jello together with the qt. of 1/2 & 1/2 until dissolved. Stir often until mixture is warm, but not bubbly. .

Step 2

Next, add the marshmallow cream & stir in until almost melted, but not all the way.
Step 3

Remove from heat & stir in pineapple chunks. You may also add cherries to this, if you wish.
Step 4

Pour into a mold or glass bowl & allow to set overnight in the fridge. If molded, invert onto a dish & garnish with more pineapple chunks and/or cherries.
