orange tapioca salad

Had this at a party two weeks ago and I loved it. Made it the following week for a gathering I had and everybody couldn't say enough about it. Very easy to make and it's a kid pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1-3 ounce package orange jello
  • 1-3 ounce package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1-3 ounce package tapioca pudding
  • 1-15 ounce can mandarin oranges-drained
  • 1-8 ounce crushed or pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1-8 ounce cool whip- thawed

How To Make orange tapioca salad

  • Step 1
    Bring water to a boil, whisk in jello and pudding mixes. Return to boil and boil for 1 mintue stirring constantly. Cool completely. Fold on fruit and cool whip and refrigerate 2 hrs. I use sugar free and low fat everthing and I usually use more fruit and it turns out fine
  • Step 2
    I also added coconut and mini marshmallows.
