Ingredients

  • ORANGE JELLO SALAD

  • 1
    large package orange jello
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 1
    large can dole mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1
    small can dole crushed pineapple, drained
  • TOPPING FOR ORANGE JELLO SALAD

  • 1
    large package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 c
    cool whip
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk (may have to add a little more milk for desired consistency)

How to Make Orange Jello Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Orange Jello - Dissolve jello with one cup boiling water. When thoroughly dissolved, add orange juice.
  2. Add mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. (I only use Dole).
  3. Cover with Cling Wrap and refrigerate until set.
  4. Topping - In mixer, add pudding, milk and Cool Whip until well blended. (Make sure you add enough milk for desired consistency). Once orange jello has set up, add topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
