Ingredients For orange gelatin salad

2 pkg. orange gelatin

1 cup boiling water
-
2 cans mandarin oranges, reserve juice

1 pint orange sherbet

1 cup sour cream
-
1 can pineapple tidbits, 13 oz
How To Make orange gelatin salad

1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add juice from oranges and chill til mixture begins to jell.

2Add sherbet and sour cream and beat til frothy. Add pineapple and orange. Pour into mold and chill overnight. Serves 12
