- 1 package lime jello
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 2 cups mini-marshmallows
How To Make moonbeam salad

Step 1IN EITHER AN 8 X 11 FLAT CASSEROLE OR 2 QT. CASSEROLE DISH MIX JELLO WITH BOILING WATER AND LET SET IN REFRIGERATOR UNTIL SOFT SET. ADD COTTAGE CHEESE AND MINI MARSHMALLOWS AND MIX. PUT BACK IN REFRIGERATOR UNTIL SET. ENJOY!
