This light n fluffy jello salad can be used as a dinner side or a dessert all on its own. My husband and daughter just rave over it. Started out as a holiday dish and now make it for a "anytime" meal.

  • 1 pkg
    lime jello (.3oz)
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 3 oz
    pkg. cream cheese
  • 20 oz
    can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 8 oz
    container cool whip

How to Make Lime Jello Salad


  1. Dissolve jello in hot water & cool. Combine cream cheese & crushed pineapple (drained) with a fork and fold into jello. Gently fold cool whip into the jello mixture.
  2. Chill 2-3 hr.s or untill set. Can also be put into a jello mold. ( which I've never been brave enought to try) :)
