My brother, sisters and myself love this Jello Salad. My Grandma Bell would make this for the holidays.My Grandma past away Christmas Eve of 2004. I just recently was able the get ahold of her recipe box.Cooking is the one thing my grandma and I shared a passion for and I learned so much from her. I am so glad I found this recipe and we can ounce again have "Moldy Stuff" for the holidays.

Ingredients

1 can pineapple, crushed drained ( save the juice)
8 ounces pkg. cream cheese
6 ounces box lime jello
1 - grated, carrot

How To Make lime jello salad (moldy stuff)

Step 1

Use directions on back of jello box.Disolve jello in boiling water(use pineapple juice in boiling water.) Stir in cream cheese, add carrots. Pour jello mixture into container of your choice. Refridgerate until jello is set.
