1 boxlemon gelatin, 3 oz size

1 cboiling water
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 smallwhipped topping, 8 oz.

1 smallpimento cheese spread
-
1 smallcrushed pineapple, drained

1 cchopped nuts (optional)
How to Make Lemon Pimento Cheese Congealed Salad
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add sugar and pimento cheese.
- Mix well.
- Add pineapple.
- Partially congeal.
- Fold in whipped topping and nuts, if desired.
- Chill until set.
