This recipe has always gotten rave reviews. My grandchildren love it -especially the lemon topping. I love the fact that it can be made ahead . Try it I don't think you will be disappointed!!

Ingredients

1 box 6 oz orange jello
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 can 1- 9oz can crushed pineapple
1 package 1 small lemon-instant pudding
1 can 1 sm can frozen orange juice
1 small container cool whip

How To Make lemon frosted orange salad

Step 1

Dissolve box of orange jello into 2C boiling water. Add small can of frozen orange juice. Chill until slightly congealed.

Step 2

Add can of mandarin oranges (undrained) and crushed pineaople (undrained) Mix and let set until firm in a 9x13 dish
Step 3

Mix lemon pudding as directed on package and add 1/2 to 3/4 of the container of Cool Whip, Blend and frost the jello once it is totally firm. Chill until ready o serve.
