This recipe has always gotten rave reviews. My grandchildren love it -especially the lemon topping. I love the fact that it can be made ahead . Try it I don't think you will be disappointed!!

Ingredients For lemon frosted orange salad

1 box6 oz orange jello
-
1 smcan mandarin oranges
-
1 can1- 9oz can crushed pineapple
-
1 pkg1 small lemon-instant pudding

1 can1 sm can frozen orange juice

1 smcontainer cool whip
How To Make lemon frosted orange salad

1Dissolve box of orange jello into 2C boiling water. Add small can of frozen orange juice. Chill until slightly congealed.

2Add can of mandarin oranges (undrained) and crushed pineaople (undrained) Mix and let set until firm in a 9x13 dish

3Mix lemon pudding as directed on package and add 1/2 to 3/4 of the container of Cool Whip, Blend and frost the jello once it is totally firm. Chill until ready o serve.
