Ingredients
- 2 packages lime "jello" (3 oz. each)
- 8 ounces small curd cottage cheese
- 20 ounces can of crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted (divided, 1/4 cup)
- 8 ounces small cool whip (thawed)
- 1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
How To Make lime jello salad

Step 1Combine first four ingredients. Stir well. Then add 8 oz. container of Cool Whip and mix together well.

Step 2Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours before serving. I usually chill the jello salad overnight. Garnish with 1/4 cup toasted pecans and 1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes.
