Janet brought this to a Ladies Society Meeting at church that I helped host. She then made it for a Longaberger home show party that she held, and we liked it so much once more, that we had to get the recipe. Thank goodness she shared! This is one amazingly good and super easy recipe, and you will be eating it until you turn blue (literally, from blueberry pie filling, just sayin).

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    raspberry jello
  • 1 pkg
    cranberry raspberry jello
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    blueberry pie filling
  • 1
    container cool whip lite
  • 3 c
    boiling water

How to Make Janet's Jello Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. use all 3 cranberry raspberry if you like, or as above.
  2. Mix jello and water so that it dissolves completely. Stir in pineapple, then blueberry pie filling. Put in 9x13 and let harden. I did this in the fridge once at room temp, and enjoyed it cold when she served it. Before serving, "Slap on some cool whip".
