Ingredients
- 2 packages raspberry jello (6 oz total)
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz)
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 3/4 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 package cream cheese (8oz)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream

Step 11. Dissolve jello in boiling water. 2. Add crushed pineapple (include juice) 3. Add cranberry sauce,cranberry juice to liquid mixture. 4. Add pecans (reserve a few to sprinkle on top) 5. Mix well and pour into 9x13 glass dish. 6. Refrigerate until firm.

Step 27. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and sour cream until smooth. 8. Spread over jelled mixture. 9. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
