My grandma, Ethel Johnson, made this salad for every one of our family get-togethers. It has a wonderful tangy flavor and light, fluffy texture. I hope others will enjoy it as much as we have!

    boiling water

How to Make Grandma Ethel's Pink Salad

  1. Mix Jell-O and boiling water; stir until dissolved (about 2 minutes). Add frozen lemonade concentrate and stir until melted and well mixed. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
  2. Fold in fruit and Cool Whip. Pour into serving dish (Grandma always used a pretty glass bowl, so I do the same) and refrigerate until firm.
  3. Enjoy with family & friends!
