Grandma Ethel's Pink Salad
My grandma, Ethel Johnson, made this salad for every one of our family get-togethers. It has a wonderful tangy flavor and light, fluffy texture. I hope others will enjoy it as much as we have!

1 box(6 oz.) strawberry jell-o
2 cboiling water
1 can(s)(12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate
1 can(s)(15 oz.) sliced peaches, drained and chopped
1 can(s)(15 oz,) sliced pears, drained and chopped
1 pkg(16 oz.) cool whip, thawed
How to Make Grandma Ethel's Pink Salad
- Mix Jell-O and boiling water; stir until dissolved (about 2 minutes). Add frozen lemonade concentrate and stir until melted and well mixed. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
- Fold in fruit and Cool Whip. Pour into serving dish (Grandma always used a pretty glass bowl, so I do the same) and refrigerate until firm.
- Enjoy with family & friends!
