Another salad served at a Valentine's Day party. A little different twist on a strawberry salad. Very tasty!

Ingredients

15 - marshmallows
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup crushed strawberries
2 tablespoons strawberry juice
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

How To Make frozen strawberry salad - stephanie

Step 1

Dissolve the marshmallows in 2 T. strawberry juice in top of double boiler. Cool. Blend the cream cheese with 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Add whipped cream, crushed strawberries, and pineapple. Blend all well and freeze. YUM!!!
