My family and friends love this simple jello salad. It is so refreshing in the hot summer.

  • 1-15oz can
    crushed pineapple
  • 1 16 oz
    cottage cheese (you can use low fat)
  • 1 LG pkg
    any flavor jello (i use sugarfree black cherry)
  • 12 oz
    container of cool whip
  • 12 oz
    pkg miniature marshmellows

How to Make Easy Jello Abrosia Salad


  1. I use a casserole dish because it is deeper than a 9X13. Put the crushed pineapple in the casserole dish. Add the pkg of Jello dry. Stir together. Then add the cottage cheese and mix well. Add the thawed cool whip and mix. Finally add the marshmellows and stir till all blended. Put in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Enjoy.
