dill pickle jell-o
This is a recipe that you will either love or cannot even stand the thought of putting in your mouth. I love it!! Had some for lunch today with crackers. Yummmm. I made this yesterday and used Sugar free Lime and Lemon Jell-o and also used Splenda instead of the sugar. It was really good!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 box 3 oz. lemon jell-o
- 1 box 3 oz. lime jell-o
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 - large dill pickles, chopped
- 1 - medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 - bell papper, chopped
- 1 - sweet onion, chopped
- 1/2 - head lettuce, shredded fine
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
How To Make dill pickle jell-o

Step 1Mix together boiling water, jell-o, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Let cool, but not set. (I put mine in freezer while I chop other ingredients). Chop all ingredients then mix with cooled jell-o. Stir and refrigerate until set.
