How to Make Dark Salad
- Mix Jell-O according to package directions, but use 1/2 cup less water and substitute for it the reserved berry juice.
- Chill until slightly thickened. Mix in berries and sour cream. Mix thoroughly at slowest speed of electric mixer or vigorously by hand until well whipped. Pour into mold and chill until firm.Serves 4 to 6
