This has been the salad I grew up with for Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you want to make a sugar free version substitute your favorite sugar-free gelatin and sugar substitute.

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen whole cranberries
- 2 - whole oranges
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 or 3 - inner thin stalks of celery, finely diced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 packages (3 oz.) red raspberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
How To Make cranberry salad

Step 1Grind frozen cranberries. Juice the oranges over the frozen cranberries and then grind the remaining orange peels into the cranberries. Put sugar into cranberry/orange mixture. Stir and set aside.

Step 2Dissolve 2 pkgs of gelatin with 2 cups of boiling water.

Step 3Add cranberry/orange mixture, nuts, and celery to the gelatin. Refrigerate in serving dish for several hours, before serving.
