Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb
    cranberries, fresh
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 box
    small strawberry jello
  • 15
    lg marshmallows
  • 1 c
    diced apples
  • 1 c
    sliced bananas
  • 1 c
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c c
    chopped nuts, optional

How to Make Cranberry Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Bring cranberries,water and salt to boil. Add 1 c sugar, 1 small pkg strawberry jello,15 large marshmallows; stir until dissolves. Cool. Add 1 c diced apples, 1 c sliced bananas, 1c drained crushed pineapple and 1/2 c chopped nuts;(optional).Cool in refrigerator.
