Ingredients
- 16 oz - fresh cranberries
- 2 - oranges with zest
- 1 package cranberry jello
- 1 package orange jello
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 2 cups boiling water (for jello)
How To Make cranberry orange relish

Step 1Remove zest from both oranges and save. Peel oranges, remove seeds and pulp and chop.

Step 2Chop or grind cranberries. (I used food processor for both cranberries and oranges.)

Step 3Add sugar to oranges, cranberries and orange zest and let set in refrigerator.

Step 4Dissolve jello in hot water. Chill until slightly syrupy.

Step 5Combine all ingredients and chill. Stir again. Cover and place in refrigerator until firm. Best made 1-2 days in advance.
