How to Make Cranberry Orange Relish
- 1Remove zest from both oranges and save. Peel oranges, remove seeds and pulp and chop.
- 2Chop or grind cranberries. (I used food processor for both cranberries and oranges.)
- 3Add sugar to oranges, cranberries and orange zest and let set in refrigerator.
- 4Dissolve jello in hot water. Chill until slightly syrupy.
- 5Combine all ingredients and chill. Stir again. Cover and place in refrigerator until firm. Best made 1-2 days in advance.
