This was in Ma's recipe file that I found in NC in 2019. This is the cranberry salad I have been looking for the recipe for to have at Thanksgiving! So glad I finally found it!

- 1 pound cranberries, grind
- 2 oranges
- 1/2 orange rind
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 packages lemon jello
- 3 cups water
- diced apples
- celery
- nuts

Step 1Put cranberries, oranges, orange rind and sugar together and let sit in fridge overnight.

Step 2The rest is just ingredients, however it makes sense that you would combine the remaining to make into a cranberry mold.
