I like this congealed salad because it only has fruit in it. It is wonderful with any meat and is especially colorful during Holidays and just plain cool and refreshing on hot humid days that we have in Georgia.

Ingredients For cranberry jello salad

1 cboiling water
-
2 pkgsmall packages of raspberry jello (i use sugar free)

1 cancrushed pineapple (large can)

1 canwhole cranberry jelly sauce (canned fruit section)

1 cansmall can mandarin orange sections (drained)

1granny smith apple peeled-grated last into small pieces-if cut too early will turn dark
How To Make cranberry jello salad

1Mix jello and boiling water until jello dissolved. Add cranberry sauce (while water is still hot/warm) until sauce is blended in (don't mash whole pieces of cranberry. . .they add texture). Place in glass pyrex dish and chill overnight or 5 to 6 hours. Great with chicken, ham, turkey, and roast.
