- 2 packages raspberry jello
- 13 1/2 ounces crushed pineapple
- 12 ounces ginger ale
- 2 cups whole cranberry sauce
- 16 ounces cool whip lite
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 jar spiced apple rings
How To Make cranberries in the snow, grandma w.

Step 1Drain pineapple and apple, save syrup. Make 1 c liquid and heat to boiling, dissolve jello and cool. Gently stir in ginger ale, chill until partially set. Blend pineapple with cranberry, fold into jello. Turn into mold and chill firm. Combine cool whip and cream cheese, spread over jello. Toast pecans in butter 10 min at 350 degrees, sprinkle on top and chill.
