Ingredients

    uncooked corn kernels
  • 2/3 c
    white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 c
    thinly sliced celery
  • 1/3 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard seed
  • 2 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sugar to taste

How to Make CORN RELISH

Step-by-Step

  1. In a saucepan combine all ingredients. Simmer the mixture 15 minutes. Pack the relish into hot sterilized jars and seal them. Makes 2 cups.
