- 2/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon mustard seed
- 2 teaspoons celery seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar to taste

Step 1In a saucepan combine all ingredients. Simmer the mixture 15 minutes. Pack the relish into hot sterilized jars and seal them. Makes 2 cups.
