Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked corn kernels
  • 2/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seed
  • 2 teaspoons celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar to taste

How To Make corn relish

  • Step 1
    In a saucepan combine all ingredients. Simmer the mixture 15 minutes. Pack the relish into hot sterilized jars and seal them. Makes 2 cups.
