Pretty, simple, tasty and easy. What more can you ask for in a dish? I like serving this on lettuce leaves and putting a little dollop of mayo on top.

    (3oz) pkgs lime jello
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 1/2 c
    crushed pineapple
  • 1 c
    cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c
    maraschino cherries, chopped (no stems)
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans or walnuts

How to Make Congealed Salad Special

Step-by-Step

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients and pour into pretty glass dish. Chill for several hours before serving.
