This is a great salad to make, although I prefer to leave out the cinnamon candies and use raspberry jello and make this for Thanksgiving!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red cinnamon candies
  • 3 cups water
  • 6 ounces cherry jello
  • 2 cups celery, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups apples, diced, unpared

How To Make cinnamon fruit mold, mom's

  • Step 1
    Place candies and water in a saucepan, heat to boiling and remove from heat. Stir until dissolved. Pour over jello stir to dissolve and chill until partially set. Fold in celery, apples and walnuts. Turn into 6 cup mold or individual molds. Chill overnight.
