This is a great salad to make, although I prefer to leave out the cinnamon candies and use raspberry jello and make this for Thanksgiving!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red cinnamon candies
- 3 cups water
- 6 ounces cherry jello
- 2 cups celery, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups apples, diced, unpared

Step 1Place candies and water in a saucepan, heat to boiling and remove from heat. Stir until dissolved. Pour over jello stir to dissolve and chill until partially set. Fold in celery, apples and walnuts. Turn into 6 cup mold or individual molds. Chill overnight.
