Cinnamon Fruit Mold, Mom's Recipe

This is a great salad to make, although I prefer to leave out the cinnamon candies and use raspberry jello and make this for Thanksgiving!

Stove Top


  • 1/2 c
    red cinnamon candies
  • 3 c
  • 6 oz
    cherry jello
  • 2 c
    celery, minced
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2 c
    apples, diced, unpared

How to Make Cinnamon Fruit Mold, Mom's


  1. Place candies and water in a saucepan, heat to boiling and remove from heat. Stir until dissolved. Pour over jello stir to dissolve and chill until partially set. Fold in celery, apples and walnuts. Turn into 6 cup mold or individual molds. Chill overnight.
